Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: EU countries, UK and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Plus shipping costs according to the information in the store for domestic deliveries.

From an order value of 30,00 € on we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

Plus shipping costs according to the information in the store for deliveries abroad.

From an order value of 50,00 € on we deliver free of shipping costs to EU.

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the goods takes place for domestic orders (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, for orders abroad within 7 - 14 days after conclusion of a contract.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
